Love and Pearls

Okay so on the weekend i ordered some pearl hearts. I got 150 for like 99p and they were here like tuesday morning! impressive for ebay! I was impressed and even though they were for crafts and stuff i saw potential...they were bigger than i expected but...this is what i came up with ...
I am tres in love with that nail right now...<3
It was an easy idea...bit fiddly but i like the end result.

I'm wearing a pink colour from Accessorize and it needs two coats and plus base coat cos you got protect your nails...mine were going yellow cos i wasn't but thankfully they are looking wayyyyy better!

anyway after that i put on Barry M 3 in 1 clear nail polish which i'm sorry to say is wayyyyyyyyy better than the Revlon one. It sticks more. Anyway, i took out the handy gem wheel and pearl wheel. applied with the end of a dotter tool now that i got it and sealed it all with top coat. Try it...you might surprise yourself.

Disney Love!!

About two days after I got my Fino Fruit I got my dotting tools! Obviously I had to give them a test run! They came in five different sizes and looked easy enough to use. I don't know why, but minnie mouse was on my mind so I tried and got this:

This was ridiculously easy to do!!!!!!

Now I was going to paint them all with a Minnie Mouse logo but I thought that might be over kill but I do love this!

I started off with a Barry M Red, two coats later I dug out my French Manicure set and took out the white. I got my dotting tool and choosing the medium size dabbed it on a blob of white varnish I had taken out onto some paper and dotted my nails! It was that easy! As for the Minnie Mouse logo, well...with a black nail varnish (any will do) i chose the smaller size dotting tool, one black circle in the corner, turned the dotting tool upside down for the smaller size and  put two circles on either side. To differentiate I put silver gems on it instead of white dots and sealed all with a top coat!

It was so quick and easy I'm tempted to do it again with different colours !

Fruity Fun

So my Fino Fruit Art came!!! They are from Ebay and cost me £2.49 free delivery from Japan. They are amazing and cute! I didn't even know how to do them justice but this is what I tried:

So i'm definitely having my five a day! lol.

It's really easy to do!

I started with Revlon Base Coat then a new shade from Revlon called Sunshine Sparkle which has a shimmer to it but I added silver glitter to it anyway because I wanted my fruit to sparkle too :) After that I put on a clear top coat also Revlon and took out the handy tweezers and chose my fruit. Placing them on is really easy, just remember to hold the pressure on the fruit to the nail until it is sealed in with the top coat otherwise they can start curling up. Once they were set however, I just put on a top coat a little bit of silver glitter and to make it pop a little bit extra, some gems from my handy gem wheel.

Easy Peasy...kind of...you do need a bit of patience with this one!

Anyway I can't wait to try it again in different patterns!!!
